In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and consent to age verification upon request.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Residency: The Platform is primarily designed for residents of Indonesia. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all locations.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of the Company, or of any software provider, payment processor, or other service partner of the Company.
• Own Name and Funds: You must register and transact using your own legal name and your own funds. Acting on behalf of a third party, or using funds belonging to a third party, is prohibited.

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify the Company promptly of any changes.

KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, the Company requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process involves submitting:

• A government-issued photographic ID (Indonesian National ID Card / KTP, or valid passport);
• A document confirming your residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent dated within 90 days); and
• Where required, documentation establishing the source of funds deposited into your Wallet.

The Company aims to complete KYC review within two (2) business hours of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will extend this timeline. The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify the Company's support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. The Company is not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We strongly encourage all Members to enable 2FA on their Accounts. While enabling 2FA is optional, any Member who does not use 2FA accepts a higher personal risk with respect to Account security.

Supported Payment Methods. The Platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign-currency transactions at this time.

Deposits. Funds deposited into your Wallet must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned (less any applicable bank processing fees). The Company reserves the right to apply a minimum deposit amount, which is displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Wallet within five (5) minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

Withdrawals. You may request a withdrawal of your available Wallet balance to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, subject to successful KYC completion. Standard withdrawal processing for verified members is completed within three (3) minutes. Gold tier members benefit from a sub-one-minute processing guarantee. The Company reserves the right to apply a minimum withdrawal amount and a maximum daily withdrawal limit, which are displayed in your Account dashboard.

Withdrawal Restrictions. The Company may delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents remain under review;
• The Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms;
• Active Bonus wagering requirements attached to the Wallet balance have not yet been met;
• The withdrawal destination does not match the name on the registered Account; or
• A chargeback, reversal, or dispute has been raised by your payment provider in connection with a prior deposit.

The Company may offer Bonuses to Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free bets, and loyalty tier rewards. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the Bonus amount or any Winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired Bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published on the promotion detail page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one Bonus may be active in your Wallet at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Company.
• Abuse and Collusion: The Company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any Bonus — and to close the associated Account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner contrary to the spirit of the offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. The Company reserves the right to restrict Bonus eligibility based on Member tier, deposit history, geographic location, or other criteria, without notice.

The Platform offers a range of betting markets and game types, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and other leagues), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-RTP slot games), live casino, sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting wagering streamed from licensed overseas arenas), crash games, and E-sports. Each game category is subject to specific rules published within the Platform.

Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion — including bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of placement, or where a systems or pricing error has occurred.

Void Bets. A bet may be declared void, and the stake returned, in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; a pricing error is identified before settlement; or there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular market activity.

Settlement. Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body, league, or studio provider. In the event of a dispute over settlement, the Company's decision — made in good faith using available official sources — is final.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, game type, and Member tier.

Prohibited Conduct. The use of automated betting software, bots, exploits, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using such tools will be permanently suspended, and all associated balances may be forfeited.

The Company is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the protection of vulnerable individuals. The Platform provides the following tools, all accessible directly from the Member dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account;
• Session Time-Outs: Restrict the duration of individual play sessions;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months); and
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and opt out of all future marketing communications.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the tag4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

The Company's collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the tag4d Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, the Company collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and anti-money laundering requirements), and deliver and improve its services. The Company does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunity arising from your use of the Platform;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events outside the Company's reasonable control (including acts of god, natural disasters, or government-mandated shutdowns);
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game outcomes, or settlement figures that are corrected by the Company promptly upon discovery; and
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of Bonus funds or Wallet balance as a result of Account suspension.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Company's support team. Upon closure, any available Wallet balance (net of any unmet Bonus wagering requirements) will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.

Termination by the Company. The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal activity in connection with your Account;
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• You are found to have operated multiple Accounts;
• You have engaged in Bonus abuse, collusion, or systematic exploitation of the Platform; or
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel the Company to cease offering services to you.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to confirmed fraud or material Terms breach, the Company reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the Wallet balance pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Company's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually excluded or limited.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active Members via the email address registered to their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the revised Terms take effect. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
